To help maintain a safe, professional, and productive training environment, please review the following policies:

Facility Entry

Please enter the facility no earlier than five minutes prior to your scheduled training time.

Photos & Video Recording

Photography and video recording are not permitted during training sessions. Please refrain from taking photos, recording video or using laptops will training is in session. If you do so, you will be asked to leave.

Phone Calls

Please take all phone calls outside the facility.

Parent Viewing

Parents and guardians may watch training from outside the facility or from our designated viewing area.

Siblings & Turf Use

Siblings and other guests are not permitted to play or participate in soccer activities on the turf. The turf is reserved exclusively for athletes participating in the scheduled training session.

Viewing Area & Noise

Please keep in mind that our viewing area is within earshot of the athletes. To protect the quality of the learning environment and allow players to hear instruction and remain focused, we ask that conversations and noise be kept to a minimum.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a loss of that session.

We do not issue refunds. Sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

Footwear

Indoor or turf shoes are required. Please do not wear outdoor cleats on the turf.

Water

All athletes should bring water to the training session.

Illness & Facility Clean - Up

If your child is not feeling well or is experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule their training session. We want to protect the health of our athletes and staff and provide a safe training environment for everyone.

If an athlete becomes sick and vomits on the turf or elsewhere in the facility , the parent/ guardian will be responsible for any professional cleaning or sanitation costs incurred as a result.
